Founders

Greg Mercer and Shane Stinemetz are the co-founders of Skytron. We’re entrepreneurs. We’ve built a handful of successful companies together in our 20s and early 30s. Skytron is our moonshot and we’re going to spend the next 2 decades building it. We each have young kids. When they’re grown and we’re retired, we think Skytron will be the most flown airplane in the world.

What We Believe

Humans are explorers. We have an innate desire to travel from place to place to have new experiences and exchange ideas.

The sky is our path to a more prosperous future! But modern commercial air travel sucks because of TSA lines, over-crowded airports, layovers, missed flights, and lost luggage. Boeing and United aren’t the future. It’s time for a change. We believe in a future of personal air travel. We’re building private jets for the rest of us.
